Stiftelsen Chalmers Innovation, company registration number 855101-4791, is the data controller for the processing of personal data within Stena Center’s operations.

How we use your personal data
We process personal data such as your name, contact details, company or organisational affiliation, and information related to agreements, bookings, events, access cards, invoicing and communication.

The information is used to manage our relationship with you, administer bookings and events, send relevant information and invitations, and develop our services and activities.

Events, photography and filming
At some events, Stena Center may take photographs or record video for communication and marketing purposes, for example on our website, in newsletters and on social media.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you can let us know before the event or speak to us on site.

We do not share personal data with third parties unless this is necessary to operate our services, fulfil an agreement or comply with legal obligations. We may use suppliers that process personal data on our behalf, for example providers of booking, event and email systems.
