Guidelines

We at Stena Center care about your personal integrity and strive to protect your personal data in the best possible way. This policy describes what information is collected about you, why we collect the information and how it is managed.

Stena Center processes your personal data primarily to fulfill our obligations to you as a tenant at Stena Center. Our starting point is not to process more personal data than is necessary for the purpose, and we always strive to use the least privacy-sensitive data.

We only process personal data when we have a legal basis, see below. We do not process personal data other than when it is needed to fulfill obligations according to agreements and laws.

Information and news

We at Stena Center offer an active and living community and we are a part of Chalmers entrepreneurial ecosystem. We provide news about what is happening at Stena Center and other relevant organisations, offer tenants community events, and follow up on what the participants think in order to improve future events and make Stena Center even better.

Personal data (name, address, phone number, social security number and e-mail) are provided in connection with being a tenants or working at a company at Stena Center and are only saved until you move out or not woking at a company at Stena Center. The information is required for the administration of key card, rental agreement, invoices, newsletters and invitations.
